Upcoming Projects in Gurgaon residential Property

Gurgaon has been one of the rapidly growing cities of the NCR. The reason for this phenomenal growth can be cited to its proximity to the capital city of India, Delhi. The city boasts of well knit transportation facility, world class educational institutes and offices of many corporate biggies. The demand for the Gurgaon residential property can be gauzed from the fact that in the present economic downturn also many new residential projects are sprouting.

DLF, one of the major developers, has launched two projects namely Express Green and Express Towers in the mid segment premium projects. Apart from these, there are luxurious apartment too namely DLF Park Place and The Belaire. The express towers are supposed to have 3 and 4 bedroom apartments and are located in DLF NewGurgaon and the prices have been kept very competitive. Express green have apartments and independent houses as well. Again the target customers for these projects are the Indian middle class so the prices are very much affordable.

Other major player in the Gurgaon residential property, Vatika Group has launched “Vatika Lifestyle Homes” in sector 84.  The project aims to provide the option of economic housing for the middle class. Ramprastha builders have come up with “Edge towers”.  With a super area of 1675 sq. ft and a competitive pricing the project seems a feasible buy. This residential project is located in sector 37 D.

Unitech has come up with Woodstock floors in Nirvana country in Sector 50. This involves an apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets. Uppal groups also have registered their activity with the projects like Canary residency and Uppal group Housing in sector in Sector 78 and 91 respectively.

Other major players like EMAAR groups, India Bulls, BPTP etc are also pursuing their upcoming projects vigorously. These auger well for those who wish to reside in Gurgaon or just wish to invest. The demand, it seems as of now, is less than the supply but who knows, with economy smiling in few months Gurgaon Residential property again starts skyrocketing.
