Transaction sets pace for ‘Fringe’ Metro DC markets
Reston, VA – Calkain Companies, a national real estate investment brokerage firm, has procured the sale of a mixed use development that includes two retail centers with over 21,000 square feet of leased space, three undeveloped out-parcels and a child care facility in Bealeton, VA. Tenants including Cingular Wireless, VA ABC, Children of America and U.S. Parcel occupied the retail spaces and signed long term, triple net leases. Located on the heavily traveled Route 17 corridor, Liberty Station is centrally located between Fredericksburg and Warrenton, Virginia and is just fifty minutes from Washington, DC.
