Biden ‘running for re-election’ in 2024, White House says

White Property press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said Monday that President Biden is indeed operating for reelection in 2024.

Through the each day White Home press briefing, Fox News’ Peter Doocy asked Jean-Pierre whether Biden would run, amid worries by Democratic strategists about the president’s age, which will be 82 at the begin of his 2nd phrase.

The White Dwelling reaction arrived two times immediately after reviews by David Axelrod, President Barack Obama’s chief strategist, who told The New York Instances: “The presidency is a monstrously taxing career and the stark truth is the president would be closer to 90 than 80 at the finish of a next term, and that would be a important challenge.”
